Using the 5 core values of the Play Awhile Approach, our SLPs follow each child’s lead to facilitate their developmental journey. We use evidence based practices within the context of play to provide therapy that is fun, respectful, and effective.
Camp Communicate
Drop Off Summer Program
Designed for ages 4-8, Camp Communicate is a play-based summer camp program for neurodivergent children. Recipes, process art, playground visits, and lots of play time fill our days. Small 3:1 ratios, and an SLP is present all day long!
Peekaboo Players
Caregiver-Tot Groups
Peekaboo Players is a parent/tot enrichment series for children ages 18 months-3 years. Come for open play, connection with other parents, and language development tips from an SLP. Each session includes music and a snack.
Monte-Sensory
Therapeutic Preschool
Combining the Play Awhile Approach along with elements of Montessori and sensory regulation, Monte-Sensory is a unique play-based preschool that is affirming, fun, and playful. This program is designed for children 3-4.

At Play Awhile, we see PLAY as a mindset. Using the natural connections derived from child-led play, we empower the entire family to take their role in the developmental journey. We've developed a unique framework of 5 core values, which centers play as the primary therapeutic modality. Like colors in a rainbow, each of our core values is beautiful on its own, but together, they are magical.
